The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website that allows you to access your health information, request prescription renewals, and exchange messages with your care team anytime and anywhere. Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility’s Patient Advocate.
 
If concerns are not adequately resolved, alternately, patients and staff also have the right to contact The Joint Commission to report concerns.
