Services Provided

TRICARE beneficiaries may also have access to some or all of the following services:

Bod Pod Analysis

The Bod Pod is a diagnostic machine used to assess body composition (fat, muscle, and hydration). Upon completion of your assessment, you will receive a health consultation from our highly qualified Health Promotion staff members to help you achieve your goals. The assessment is available to active duty and beneficiaries who are 18 years old or above.

Nutrition Classes

Diagnosed with pre-diabetes/diabetes, a heart health condition, or need extra help to manage your weight? Active Duty and beneficiaries can get a referral from their primary care provider to attend one of our classes held at the MTF.

During your time with us, a Registered Dietitian will guide you on how to make better nutritional choices to help you manage your diagnosis and how to positively affect your health while enjoying foods.

Dietitian 1-on-1/Nutrition Performance

These are 1-on-1 consultations with a registered dietitian and are available for active duty only.  These are specialized sessions intended to supplement the classes or for service members seeking to improve their human performance by optimizing their nutrition.

Squadron Health Promotion Event Request
