The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Patient Advocate

Patient advocates advise and help you with problems or concerns at this facility. Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility Patient Advocate. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610, or by submitting a concern or complaint online.  

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator

BCACs educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries.

Debt Collection Assistance Officer

DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.

Interactive Customer Evaluation

ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility.
