Who We Serve

The Internal Medicine Clinic provides outpatient medical care for family members of active duty service members and retirees who are enrolled in TRICARE Prime. Patients will be referred to the IMC for primary care services based upon medical complexity. Additionally, the IMC offers consultant assessments for specific chronic or acute medical conditions with a provider referral.

Assignment and Referrals

The decision to be assigned to an Internal Medicine primary care manager is based on the patient’s disease state and medical condition.

The Internal Medicine clinic also accepts referrals from other Luke MDG clinic primary care managers when necessary.
