You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Outpatient Medical Records / Release of Information

If a specialty provider requests medical documentation for a scheduled appointment, have the provider fax a Release of Information request to 623-289-8936. Please allow seven business days for processing unless a specific date is annotated on the request. Medical documentation received from off-base facilities pertaining to referrals to civilian physicians will be filed in your medical record.

PCSing personnel should drop off a copy of their orders five days before final out processing the base. All medical records will be mailed to the gaining military treatment facility and are no longer hand-carried by the member. 

If you require a copy of your entire medical record for personal reasons, please contact ROI at 623-856-7510. Copy wait time is approximately 30 days; please plan accordingly. Exceptions will be made for life-threatening illnesses and emergency services.
