Health Services

Immunizations

We provide all inoculations to active duty service members, dependents, and retirees. Flu shots are administered seasonally to all patients. We provide allergy shots and allergy skin testing by referral only to active duty service members, dependents, and retirees with asthma or environmental allergies (i.e., trees, grasses, etc.). Please meet with your primary care manager to determine if you are a candidate for allergy services. If you qualify for allergy services, your primary care manager will put in a referral for you to meet with the allergy specialist. The immunizations clinic is open to all eligible beneficiaries. If you are new to Luke or have not received vaccines at an Air Force military treatment facility, please provide your shot record to update our database. Tuberculosis (TB or PPD) vaccine is administered Monday - Wednesday, and Friday, and will not be administered on Mondays or Fridays in conjunction with a long weekend. You will be required to return to the clinic within 48 to 72 hours to have your results read. Otherwise, your test is invalid. Appointments are required for all except active duty service members.
