Pharmacy
We provide pharmaceutical care to eligible TRICARE beneficiaries. If we don’t currently stock the medication you need, we can acquire most within 24-48 hours, if they’re on the TRICARE formulary. If you have questions about the availability of your medication, please call or stop by.
Locations and Services
New prescriptions written by the 56th Medical Group providers are picked up at the Main Pharmacy. New prescriptions written by off-base civilian providers are picked up at the Satellite Pharmacy. Refill prescriptions can be picked up at the Script Center during Base Exchange operating hours, the Main Pharmacy or Satellite Pharmacy. Medications not picked up in 10 days will be returned to stock.
New Prescriptions
New prescriptions must be activated before being picked up. Patients can activate prescriptions one of two ways: in person using kiosks in the pharmacy lobby, or remotely by using Q-Anywhere.
To use Q-Anywhere:
Scan the QR code with your cellphone camera or use the Get In Line website.
Patients can also text “Get in line” to 855-729-6500 and follow the prompts.
Refills
To refill a prescription:
- Call the automated refill line at 623-343-1747 and select your preferred pickup location: Option 1 for Satellite Pharmacy, Option 2 for the Main Pharmacy, or Option 3 for the Script Center
- Navigate to the Rx Refills tab at the top of the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

TRICARE Formulary Search Tool
Use the TRICARE Formulary Search Tool to look up your drug. A search can tell you:
- Formulary status (generic drug, brand-name drug, non-formulary drug, non-covered drug)
- Where the prescription can be filled
- Copayments and limitations, such as prior authorization
- Coverage review requirements and forms
- Alternative medications, including costs
To start your search, you’ll need to put in the brand name or generic name of the drug and then select the strength prescribed, as well as your sex and age.
